PRICES AND PAYMENTS
- The prices that appear at our store always include the IVA(VAT - Value Added Tax).
- Please, always write down in the delivery note of the carrier any blow or defect that you detect on the package at the time of the delivery for, with this form, Le rogamos anote en el albarán de entrega del transportista cualquier golpe o defecto que detecte en los bultos en el momento de la entrega para, de esta forma, contar con la posibilidad de hacer uso del seguro que cubre el envío de la mercancía o hacer cualquier tipo de reclamación que corresponda al transporte.
- The cost of shipment are the responsibility of the client, and they are not included in the price.
The shipping rates are:
NOTE: The orders with destination to Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or Andorra will be sent without IVA(VAT - Value Added Tax). The shipping costs will be charged with VAT.
Any and all applicable import taxes, duties, customs taxes, etc. are the responsibility of the customer, so please be prepared for these.

- Big package - Bycicle, big bike carriers like Thule ones ...
- Heavy package - Spinning Machine...
- Delivery period:
Delivery time counts since the package is sent from our shop until it arrives to your address or nearest postal service.
- National(Peninsula) - You will recieve the order during the next business day following to its shipment. Depending on the destination, there are some population that are delivered by its location within 48 hours.
- Baleares - Delivery takes 1-3 business days.
- Ceuta, Melilla & Andorra - 3-5 business days.
- Canary Islands - 8 business days.
- Portugal - 1-3 business days.
- Other/Europe - from 8 to 10 working days (average term according to the destination)
- Other destinations - according to what country is.

After confirm the availability of the product we will send you the information you will need for this type of payment (Our bank account number, and the Total to pay).
Please, don´t make Money order before we confirm you the availability of your products.
For this mode of payment it is applied a 3% discount on the national orders(Peninsula and Baleares)
- COD(cash on delivery):
You pay to the carrie when you recieve the package
Only for National(Peninsula and Baleares) shipments. If the total(shipping costs not included) of your order is less then 25€, you will be charged 1.50€ as additional surcharge.
- Credit card:
Now we accept credit cards too (Visa, Mastercard-Eurocard, Maestro) for online payments through the BBVA's gate.
Easy, quick and secure. (The payments are realised on the safe server of BBVA).
OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS
We are not only the on-line shop, we are two normal stores too(one in Mijas-Costa and another in Malaga).
So we have no posibility to always refresh stock in the web page of all products, but we are doing our best to satisfy our clients.
If you ordered any product and it´s not available at this moment, we will contact you by email or by phone.
(Also we can always order for you any product of any brand we work if our dealers have it).
STEP OF RETURN/GUARANTEE OR SIMPLY OF AN SHIPMENT TO US
First you must call us, then we will give you your return number. Then you send the broken(or other) part with the invoice we gave you. On the outer of the package you must put your Return number.
All return/guarantee shipments between client and the store must be paid by client. (It will only be paid by us if we have had an error during the shipping or the package arrived to you damaged).
When we recieve your package, we will proceed to check if it is guarantee and will send it to the dealer of this brand.
If it is not guarantee, we will give you a price for reparation of it. |
