The Etnies RVM Casual Skate Shoes feature Foam Lite insoles which are tuned for maximum comfort and are formulated with a breathable moisture wicking material called Ortholite. This durable lasting foam stays squishy for a long time for superior comfort. The insoles also incorporate recycled rubber to make them more eco friendly. There are two levels of Foam Lite: Foam Lite 1 is an entry level basic model with a flat sheet of Ortholite foam. Foam Lite 2 has an added EVA heel collar that helps support your foot to provide extra cushioning.
System G2™ was the first technology ever developed by STI and also the first patented cushioning system in the history of action sports. Today it is recognized as simply being the best shock absorbing material that absorbs up to 20 percent more force than conventional skate shoes and snowboard boots. Designed to help reduce injuries and prevent heel bruises, System G2™ is inserted into the heel and combined with EVA or PU to provide dual-cushioning comfort and protection that helps absorbs a wide range of forces, from 1 body weight when you're just standing around on your feet, to 18 body weights when you're bailing out from a 12-stair.
